Terres de France acquires the Mona Lisa residence at the Domaine de Bacchus between Nîmes and Montpellier (34)

The Terres de France group is delighted to announce the acquisition of its 12th tourist residence: the Domaine de Bacchus in Saint-Christol, between Nîmes and Montpellier, in the heart of the Languedoc vineyards, 15 km from the Mediterranean beaches…

This holiday residence allows the group to expand its destinations in Languedoc-Roussillon. Domaine de Bacchus becomes the third eco-labelled residence of the Terres de France group, with a commitment to continuing its eco-responsible initiatives. As such, Terres de France is developing a major CSR and sustainable development programme across all its residences.

The Domaine de Bacchus has many assets: spacious, modern villas, a fitness centre and spa, a kids’ club, an outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, all in the heart of a lively Occitan village… However, it has had its share of setbacks in the past with four successive managers.

Terres de France was approached by the co-owners of the residence, who had formed an association to defend their interests. The two brothers, Pierre and Charles-Henri Bournais, then developed a long-term takeover plan with a comprehensive investment programme to improve the quality of services and facilities at the residence. This plan was then presented to all the co-owners and was approved almost unanimously.

The group intends to attract new customers by offering additional services and Wi-Fi in the villas and by creating new package deals for individuals (gourmet breaks, wellness breaks, wine tasting breaks, etc.) and groups (corporate seminars, family gatherings, etc.).

The two Bournais brothers specialise in taking over struggling tourist residences, basing their strategy on a relationship of trust with co-owners and an innovative, sustainable vision. With innovation and Web 3.0 at the heart of their strategy, the group has built a large direct sales network, marketing 3.0, with young, dynamic teams and simplified management.
