Set in 4 hectares of parkland, on the edge of the Saumur Golf course, you’ll appreciate the quality of your vacation rental in Saumur, classified as a 3-star tourist residence and featuring a beautiful heated indoor swimming pool.

The swimming pool will be open in 2026 from 19 April 2026 to 11 November 2026 (subject to weather conditions and any technical issues).

As a general rule, reception is open daily from 9am to 12pm and from 4pm to 6pm or 7pm on Saturdays and during July and August.
Reception may be closed one or two days a week for weekly rest days.

By car
Take the A85 freeway from Angers or Tours and exit 03 Saumur. Follow the D347 towards Saumur. After crossing the Loire, take the D161 towards IFCE – Cadre Noir. The residence is about 1 km down the road, on the right.
By train
If you’re traveling by train, take the TGV to Angers, then take the TER to Saumur.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in from 4 p.m., check-out until 10 a.m. We offer an early check-in option (accommodation available from 1 p.m.) and a late check-out option (accommodation available until 1 p.m.). These options are available at an additional cost, with advance booking required. They are not available in July and August.
What happens when you arrive after reception has closed?
Late arrival is perfectly possible. Access instructions and the necessary codes will be sent to you by email on the day of your arrival. Please note that the full amount for your stay must be paid in order to access the accommodation.
