The Residence
Situated between the Cévennes and southern Ardèche, near the pretty village of Les Vans, Le Domaine des Vans features small, comfortable, modern houses built of local stone in a magnificent 3-hectare wooded park.
You’ll be close to the rivers of the Ardèche, especially the Chassezac, and at the gateway to the famous Bois de Païolive, a sensitive natural area. An ideal location for nature lovers. Groups are welcome and the site can be privatized.
The estate’s spacious cottages, which can accommodate up to 10 people, have been designed to provide all the comforts and facilities you need to make your stay a success. Each cottage also has a large furnished terrace for sharing unforgettable moments.
Domaine des Vans also offers a number of leisure facilities, including a children’s playground, boules pitch and table tennis tables. As a general rule, reception is open daily from 9am to 12pm and from 4pm to 6pm or 7pm on Saturdays and during July and August.
Reception may be closed one or two days a week for weekly rest days.

It is essential to notify us in advance of your expected arrival time. Arrival before the scheduled time cannot be guaranteed. Arrival outside reception opening hours is subject to a special key collection procedure. Failure to do so means access to the accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

Arrivals can be made every day from 16:00. For any late arrival (outside the opening periods of the reception and/ or bar) please contact us at 06 82 54 12 36 so that we can inform you about the modalities.

Departures are in the morning between 8:00 and 10:00.

Where is the Domaine des Vans located?
The Domaine des Vans – Terres de France is located in Chambonas, in southern Ardèche, close to Les Vans, Joyes, Vallon-Pont-d’Arc and the Ardèche Gorges.
Set in 3 hectares of grounds, the residence offers an ideal natural setting for family holidays, sporting breaks or relaxing getaways.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in from 4 p.m., check-out until 10 a.m. We offer an early check-in option (accommodation available from 1 p.m.) and a late check-out option (accommodation available until 1 p.m.). These options are available at a rate of €19 each, with advance booking required. They are not available in July and August.
What happens when you arrive after reception has closed?
Late arrival is perfectly possible. Access instructions and the necessary codes will be sent to you by email on the day of your arrival. Please note that the full amount for your stay must be paid in order to access the accommodation.
