Long-stay bookings (30 consecutive nights or more) can only be made online via our dedicated contact form.

Our Long Stay service will contact you as soon as possible to review your application and offer you the solution best suited to your needs.

Booking conditions for long stays

Before any approval, your application will be reviewed by our Long Stay department.
The decision to grant accommodation is subject to the acceptance of your application, which must include:

• All supporting documents requested in the online form
• Payment of a security deposit and the first month’s rent
• Compliance with the residence’s internal regulations and rental conditions

Terres de France reserves the right to refuse any application depending on availability at the desired residence and the nature of the application.
