Thanks to the VACAF scheme, you can receive financial assistance from your Family Allowance Fund (CAF) to cover all or part of the cost of your stay. This subsidy directly reduces the amount of your booking, making holidays accessible to all eligible households.

✅ Conditions for a VACAF booking

Before booking, please ensure that you meet the following requirements:

1. Be a beneficiary of the VACAF (Family Holiday Assistance) scheme and have received notification of eligibility from your CAF.
2. Make your booking exclusively by telephone with our Terres de France teams.
3. Provide your CAF beneficiary number at the time of booking for verification purposes.
4. The VACAF subsidy is deducted directly from the total cost of your stay.
5. The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of booking by credit card only.
6. VACAF subsidies cannot be combined with other current discounts or promotional offers.
7. CAF assistance is only applicable during school holidays.
8. Any booking confirmed via the VACAF scheme within the Terres de France group is non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-modifiable.
9. You will be asked to provide proof of VACAF assistance by email to reservation@terresdefrance.com for verification of your current postal address.
