As a general rule, the reception is open daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (until 7:00 PM from October to April).

It is essential to notify us in advance of your expected arrival time. Arrival before the scheduled time cannot be guaranteed. Arrival outside reception opening hours is subject to a special key collection procedure. Failure to do so means access to the accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

How to get to the residence
By car
- From the A13, take the Rouen-Centre exit and follow the signs to the city center. Once in Rouen, take Avenue Jean Rondeaux to number 29, where the residence is located.
By train
- The residence is located approximately 2 kilometers from Rouen Rive Droite train station (accessible from Saint Lazare train station in Paris).
- Take the TRAM towards Georges Braque or Technopole and get off at Saint Sever station, then walk approximately 650 meters, or take the bus (line T4 Zénith – Parc Expo) and get off at the “Orléans” stop, then walk approximately 280 meters.
