The Accommodation

The 3-room, 6-person apartments are spacious, with a first bedroom upstairs with a 140 or 160 double bed (depending on the unit), two bedrooms with 2 single bunk beds (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs), and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed.

The living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, hob, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and crockery) with table and chairs. A sofa and flat-screen TV complete the living area.

The first bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a bath and separate toilet. A second bathroom with shower and toilet is available upstairs.

All apartments are equipped with reversible air conditioning, included in the rental price.

    As a general rule, reception is open daily from 9am to 12pm and from 4pm to 6pm or 7pm on Saturdays and during July and August.

    Reception may be closed one or two days a week for weekly rest days.

    We recommend that you contact the establishment directly for exact opening hours by email at info@residence-golf-cabries.com.

    It is essential to notify us in advance of your expected arrival time. Arrival before the scheduled time cannot be guaranteed. Arrival outside reception opening hours is subject to a special key collection procedure. Failure to do so means access to the accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

  • Arrival times :

    Arrivals are between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm (the “Early Arrival” option is also available if you plan to arrive before 4:00 pm). For arrivals after 6:00 pm, please contact us beforehand to organize your arrival.

  • Departure times :

    Departures are in the morning, before 10:00 am (the “Late Departure” option is also available).

  • Payment methods accepted :

    Cash in euros, Credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express), ANCV vacation vouchers.

  • Security deposit :

    250€ returned or destroyed (if cheque) after inventory of fixtures within a maximum of 7 days (stays of 3 nights or more)

  • Cleaning deposit :

    From 55€ to 75€ (depending on the size of the accommodation) returned or destroyed after the inventory of fixtures within a maximum of 7 days

  • Tourists tax :
