The Accommodation

Comfortable 20 m² apartment comprising living room with double bed (140×200 or 160×200), desk area, flat-screen TV. For your dining needs, this apartment is equipped with a fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, dining area, electric kettle, kitchen utensils and crockery, hob…).

Each studio also features a private bathroom with shower, towel dryer, WC and hairdryer.

This studio is also available in a PMR version (accessible to people with reduced mobility).

    As a general rule, the reception is open daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (until 7:00 PM from October to April).

    It is essential to notify us in advance of your expected arrival time. Arrival before the scheduled time cannot be guaranteed. Arrival outside reception opening hours is subject to a special key collection procedure. Failure to do so means access to the accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

  • Arrival times :

    From 3pm (beyond the closing hours, codes are sent and access works with a safe).

  • Departure times :

    at the latest before 11h (for departures before the opening of the residence, a mailbox is available to leave the room card).

  • Breakfast times :
    • Breakfast served in the room only,
    • Monday to Friday from 7am to 10am,
    • From Saturday to Sunday from 8am to 10am.
  • Payment methods accepted :

    Cash in euros, Carte bleue (CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express), ANCV holiday vouchers.

  • Security deposit :

    250 € returned or destroyed (if check) after inventory within a maximum of 7 days (stay from 3 nights)

  • Cleaning deposit :

    from 45 € to 55 € returned or destroyed (if check) after the inventory within a maximum of 7 days

  • Tourists tax :

    1.49€/day/adult
