Just a stone’s throw from the village of Rochefort-en-Terre and less than 30 minutes from the beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan, discover the Domaine de Kerioche on the Moulin Neuf pond. A place that combines nature, ecology, historical heritage and modernity. Surrounded by a 15-hectare lake and set in a 30-hectare forest park, stay in a residence set in a wooded pedestrian park overlooking the Etang du Moulin Neuf.
The estate’s spacious maisonnettes, which can accommodate up to 6 people, have been designed to provide you with all the comfort and facilities you need to make your stay a success. Each cottage also has a large furnished terrace.
In terms of leisure activities, Domaine de Kerioche offers a wide range of sports and leisure facilities for the whole family (tennis, mountain biking, multi-sports field, fitness trail, etc.), a heated outdoor swimming pool (the one at Domaine du Moulin Neuf is 2km away), a water sports center and playgrounds.

As a general rule, reception is open daily from 9am to 12pm and from 4pm to 6pm or 7pm on Saturdays and during July and August.
Reception may be closed one or two days a week for weekly rest days.

It is essential to notify us in advance of your expected arrival time. Arrival before the scheduled time cannot be guaranteed. Arrival outside reception opening hours is subject to a special key collection procedure. Failure to do so means access to the accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

How to get to the residence
By car
From Nantes: Take the N165 towards Vannes, then take the D139 exit towards Questembert. Continue straight on until the second traffic circle, then follow signs for Rochefort-en-Terre and Moulin Neuf.
From Rennes: Follow the N24 towards Lorient, then take the N166 exit towards Vannes/Ploërmel. Continue until you reach the D112 exit for Questembert. Once in Questembert, turn right at the third street towards Rochefort-en-Terre, then continue towards Moulin Neuf.
From Brest: Take the E60 towards Quimper, then Lorient. At Vannes, take the Rennes exit and continue on the N166 to the D775 exit for Questembert. In Questembert, take the second turning on the right, follow Rochefort-en-Terre and then Moulin Neuf.
By train
If you’re traveling by train, there are several stations close to the residence: Questembert station is just 10 km away, Redon 30 km, and Vannes TGV station 35 km.

Where is the Domaine de Kerioche located?
Domaine de Kerioche – Terres de France is located in Pluherlin, a small Breton village nestled between Rochefort-en-Terre and Malansac, in the heart of Morbihan.
The residence is surrounded by forests and meadows, a few minutes from the lake of Moulin Neuf and the leisure center Moulin Neuf Aventure.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival from 4 PM, departure until 10 AM. We offer an early arrival option (accommodation accessible from 1 PM) as well as a late departure option (accommodation accessible until 1 PM). They are not available in July and August.
How is the arrival after closing the reception?
A late arrival is quite possible. The access instructions, as well as the necessary codes, will be sent to you by email on the same day. Please note that the stay must be paid in full to access the accommodation.
What is the minimum duration of stay?

Bed linen and towels are not included, but they are offered for rent per person for the stay. This option includes the necessary for the bed as well as the bath towels

Cleaning is not included. The accommodation must be left clean upon departure. If you do not wish to carry out the cleaning yourself, a paid option is available.
