The 2026 Tour de France passes by Les Hameaux de Miel
The 2026 edition of the Tour de France promises once again to deliver thrilling moments, spectacular scenery and a unique atmosphere that is unrivalled anywhere else in the world. This year, cycling and nature enthusiasts have something to look forward to: Stage 9, scheduled for 12 July 2026, will take place in the heart of Corrèze, just a few kilometres from our tourist residence Les Hameaux de Miel.
A stage in the heart of the Massif Central
Stage 9 will link Malemort to Ussel, two iconic towns in Corrèze. This medium-mountain route will offer riders a hilly terrain typical of the region, alternating gentle climbs, wooded plateaus and small rural roads lined with oak and chestnut forests.
This “rugged” profile could well hold some surprises:
- Ideal for adventurers and offensive riders,
- Terrain conducive to breakaways,
- Authentic and warm atmosphere throughout the route.
Enthusiasts will have the opportunity to cheer on the riders up close, in unspoilt natural landscapes.
