The residence comprises 80 modern, comfortable flats and maisonettes, with a Provencal touch in both the architecture of the flats and the outdoor spaces.

Located between Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, Cabriès is a typical Provencal village. Perched on a rocky outcrop, its steep medieval streets wind their way through the various houses, giving the village its distinctive character.

With its contrasting coastline and hinterland alternating between wild plains and rugged mountains, the Bouches du Rhône offers a wide range of landscapes and colours.  Let yourself be seduced by the typical landscapes of authentic villages with living traditions.

Thanks to its generous climate, the Bouches-du-Rhône can be visited all year round, and it's easy to get caught up in the sunshine on a fine sandy beach in the dead of winter.

Conditions of the Résidence de la Cabre d'Or : 

• Residence closed from Monday 08 January 2024 to Friday 26 January 2024 inclusive. 
• Swimming pool opening 2024: Closed, opening according to the weather
• Arrival: between 4pm and 7pm 
• Departure: until 10am
• Tourist tax 2023: €2.30 to be paid on site
• Methods of payment accepted: Cash in euros, French cheque, Bank transfer, Credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express), ANCV holiday vouchers, VACAFA family allowance
• Pets: accepted with a supplement of €5/day

Description of the flats in the residence : 

The residence offers flats and maisonettes for up to 8 people. Our accommodation is all equipped with a functional kitchenette (microwave/grill, ceramic hob, dishwasher), bathroom with bath or shower and separate or separate WC depending on the flat, air conditioning, internet access, television and balcony or terrace.

2-room flats - 2 people : 

The 2-room flats are spacious, with a double bedroom and a living room. The living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, hob, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and crockery) with a table and chairs. A sofa and flat-screen TV complete the lounge area. The bathroom has a bath and WC.

2-room flats - sleeps 4 : 

The 2-room flats offer a large surface area, divided between a bedroom with two separate beds or a double bed and a living room. The living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, hob, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and crockery) with a table and chairs. A sofa bed (2 pull-out beds) and flat-screen TV complete the lounge area. The bathroom has a bath and WC.

Houses 3 rooms - 6 persons : 

The 6-person houses have one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two bunk beds or twin beds, and a large living room. The living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, hob, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and crockery) with a table and chairs. A double sofa bed and flat-screen TV complete the lounge area, opening onto your private furnished terrace. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which has a shower and bath.

Houses 4 rooms - 8 persons : 

The 8-person houses have one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two bunk beds or twin beds, and a large living room. The living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, hob, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and crockery) with a table and chairs. A sofa bed (2 pull-out beds) and flat-screen TV complete the lounge area, which opens onto a private furnished terrace. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which has a shower and bath.

Activities in the region :

The Cabre d'Or residence is located in the Bouches-du-Rhône region, less than 10 minutes from Aix-en-Provence station and 20 minutes from Marseille by car.
Perched on a hilltop facing the Sainte Victoire mountain, Cabriès is a typical Provencal village and the ideal base for visiting the region.
Whether you prefer the Mediterranean coast, with its resorts, creeks, beaches and mild climate, or the hinterland with its mountains, hills and villages with a southern flavour, the region is a real treat for the senses.
On the coast, Marseille, its Old Port and its atmosphere, the Canebière, the charming Panier district, Notre Dame de la Garde, l'Estaque... not forgetting the island of Château d'If and Frioul. Not far away, the calanques (rocky inlets) to Cassis and La Ciotat are a must.
Higher up, the region of Aix-en-Provence, a town whose charm is constantly being praised, with the Sainte-Victoire mountain not far away... You enter the very heart of Provence at Saint-Rémy and the Alpilles massif, where the famous village of Les Baux-de-Provence is perched.
On the way to the Rhône, visit Aubagne in the footsteps of Marcel Pagnol, then make a stopover in Arles, with its Roman remains and markets, before reaching the Camargue, with its unspoilt natural areas, horses and birds, the Vaccarès lake, Saintes-Maries de la Mer, Martigues and the Salins de Giraud.
