Will a Health Pass be required to access your accomodation ?
No health pass is required to access your residence and accommodation except for the Domaine de Claire Rive.
Do the pools stay open ?
Our swimming pools remain open and will be subject to a gauge. This will vary according to our establishments, the maximum capacity is 49 people. No health pass or PCR test will be required upon entry.
The leisure centers and the swimming pool at Hameaux des Lacs and Moncontour Active Park are subject to the health pass. A check will be made at the entrance.
Do the catering areas provide the service ?
Breakfast service will be provided at the Appart'Hotel Quimper, the Appart'hotel de Brest and at the Domaine du Moulin Neuf.
A health pass or negative PCR test will be required from July 31st.
What does the Health Pass correspond to ?
You have a QR code attesting to your complete vaccination course of more than 7 days.
You have a negative PCR or antigen test that is less than 72 hours old.
This is in the form of a QR code on your mobile or on paper.
The check will be carried out as follows: QR code and identity paper.
The Health Pass is compulsory from 18 years old since August 9 and from 12 years and 2 months from September 30, 2021.

- Containment of the place of residence
- Travel ban on the place of residence
- Government health measures making rental impossible for the residence
These conditions don't apply for the following cases :
- Personal concerns
- Curfew Measures
- No presentation or absence of a health pass
- Closure of places open to the public other than the residence (restaurants, beach, leisure park, etc.)
- Closure of leisure activities (swimming pool, SPA, Sauna, children's club, etc.) of the residence imposed by a government measure or recommendation
- Cancellation of events outside Terres de France
- Any other cases not mentioned in the first two points
